Summary

The procurement is for one plate reader for high-throughput drug-compound and genetic-interference screening and microplate assay development. It must support a range of optical measurement modes, cell incubation, and on-site expansion of its functions. The required plate formats are 384-, 1536- and 96-well plates for the specified measurement modes, with defined wavelength ranges for absorbance, fluorescence, time-resolved fluorescence, fluorescence polarization, luminescence and brightfield imaging. Cell incubation must be possible for up to 7 days at 37 °C and up to 5% CO2. The reader must support automatic repeated measurements and barcode reading; its software must include an API, automatic fluorescence gain adjustment and open-format data export. The delivery must include a power cable suitable for the German mains supply, software on digital media, English software documentation and a 2-year warranty. The maximum budget is EUR 72,000 net (EUR 85,680 gross); installation, integration and commissioning by the supplier are not required. Delivery is due no later than calendar week 51 of 2026, to Robert-Rössle-Straße 10, 13125 Berlin, DAP Incoterms 2020. Price is the sole award criterion (100%); compliance with the technical minimum requirements is a pass/fail condition. The bid must be submitted electronically by 16 October 2026 at 08:00. The bidder must submit the required suitability and exclusion declarations and comply with applicable requirements for promoting women and reconciling work and family life according to workforce size.
