Photovoltaic system installation

Summary

The tender covers a photovoltaic system on the flat roof of the Lina-Sommer-Grundschule school extension and refurbishment project in Jockgrim. The work includes, among other things, a 220 m² non-penetrating east-west mounting system, 120 solar modules rated at least 460 Wp, two inverters rated at least 30 kW, cabling and cable routes, earthing, testing, commissioning, and coordination with the grid operator and the Federal Network Agency. A 60 kWh battery system with a battery inverter must also be installed and connected in the second phase. The works are divided into two phases, with a two-week interruption between them to allow the green roof to be installed; scaffolding is available on site, but no crane is provided. The contractor must test and document the system, commission it, hand over the documentation, and train three employees of the contracting authority. Bidders must demonstrate their suitability, including the required experience and company information, and submit their bids in German, using the prescribed forms and by the deadline.
