Safety barrier repairs on the BAB 23 in the Elmshorn area, 2027–2028

Summary

The procurement is for a framework agreement covering repair and maintenance works on safety barriers along the BAB 23 motorway in the Elmshorn motorway maintenance area during 2027–2028. Works will be ordered individually from one contractor. Estimated quantities may vary, and the maximum quantity over the possible four-year term is 115% of the estimated quantity. The minimum contract term ends on 31 December 2028 and may be extended twice for 12 months each. Bids must be submitted in German electronically through the procurement platform by 22 October 2026 at 10:30; price is the sole award criterion. The bidder must submit a priced schedule of works in PDF and DA84 formats and the required offer and suitability documents.
