Framework agreement for the supply of organic fruit baskets to the Civil Engineering Department and SES

Summary

The procurement covers deliveries of organic fruit in fruit baskets for Stuttgart’s civil engineering department and the city’s municipal drainage undertaking, SES. The four-year framework agreement runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030. The price schedule estimates 4,360 kg each of apples, apricots, bananas, pears, clementines, kiwis, nectarines, oranges, peaches, plums and grapes over the full contract term. Bidders must state net prices and arrange delivery on one, or at most two, fixed weekdays from Monday to Wednesday. Price is the sole award criterion; variant bids are not permitted, and the procurement is not divided into lots. Bids must be submitted electronically in German by 12:00 on 23 October 2026. Questions may be submitted until 20 October 2026. The bidder must provide the required suitability declaration, completed price schedule and required bid declarations; an organic-production certificate must also be included if already available.
