Road construction and drainage works

Summary

The contract covers road construction and drainage works in the Hasenmoor and Neunordsee rest-area area on the A 210. The works must be completed by 31 May 2027 and must start no later than 12 working days after contract award. Bids must be submitted in German electronically through the procurement platform by 21 October 2026 at 09:30; paper and email submissions are not accepted. Price is the sole award criterion. The contract is not divided into lots, and alternative bids are not permitted. Tenderers must submit the priced bill of quantities in PDF and DA84 formats, together with the required bid and suitability documents. Contract performance includes obligations to comply with applicable collectively agreed employment conditions. Delay damages are 0.2% per calendar day, capped at 5% of the settlement amount. A 5% performance security and, after acceptance of the works, a 3% defects security are also required.
