Grave preparation and burial services in Rottweil, 2027–2029

Summary

The contract covers handling burial requests and coordinating burial times, preparing adult, children’s and urn graves, opening and closing burial chambers, and carrying out reburials, exhumations and deepening works at cemeteries in Rottweil and its districts during 2027–2029. The work also includes cleaning the area around graves, closing graves after funerals and removing surplus soil. Work may be required at weekends, on public holidays and at night; work on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays receives a 50% supplement. The contract runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029, with prices adjusted according to the consumer price index from 2028. Bidders must provide turnover information for comparable work over the previous three years, submit at least three relevant references, and ensure suitable, reliable staff and the necessary equipment.
