Comprehensive refurbishment of buildings on Oswaldstrasse, Witzgallstrasse and Riebeckstrasse: electrical works

Summary

The procurement covers electrical works for the comprehensive refurbishment of buildings at Oswaldstr. 13–17, Witzgallstr. 15 and 17, and Riebeckstr. 34 and 36 in Leipzig, including power and low-voltage systems and lighting. The works include, among other items, 7 meter cabinets with a total of 99 meter positions, 7 common-area lighting distribution boards, 92 apartment distribution boards and 92 multimedia distribution boards, cable trays and risers, metal and fire-protection trunking, cables, wiring, installation devices and lights. The contractor must also renew 7 WSA external panels, 92 internal units and 2.9 km of low-voltage cable. In addition, electrical installations must be provided for 92 apartments from the existing apartment distribution boards, including surface-mounted and skirting-board trunking, cables and devices, 92 infrared heaters and 76 balcony lights. Bids must be submitted electronically for the complete works; the contract is not divided into lots and variant bids are not permitted. The planned work period is 1 February to 24 September 2027. The bidder must provide turnover information for the last three financial years, two references for comparable works completed during the last three financial years, and information and evidence relating to its workforce, professional competence, qualifications and insurance. The bid submission deadline is 23 October 2026 at 08:00, and the bid must remain valid until 4 December 2026.
