Summary
The contract covers demolition of the courtyard cellar, roof structure and annex at the Technical Collections in Dresden, including site preparation, structural support, access works, removal of stored materials and waste disposal. The works include a cellar building measuring 1,400 m² with a volume of 4,200 m³, and a roof structure and annex measuring 227 m² with a volume of 1,660 m³. The work also involves cutting connections to existing buildings, removing stairs and bridging structures, and protecting the neighbouring property and escape stairway. The notice lists, among other materials, 300 tonnes of concrete mix in class Z2, 1,900 tonnes of concrete mix above Z2 DKI, 550 tonnes of brick and tile mix in class Z1.2, 310 tonnes of asphalt, and hazardous waste including 15 tonnes of construction and demolition timber and 50 tonnes of tar-containing roofing felt and separation layers. The works are scheduled from 1 March to 30 September 2027. Bids must be submitted electronically in German by 19 October 2026 at 15:00; price is the only award criterion. Bidders must submit the required suitability declaration and at least three references for comparable works. Joint bidders must be jointly and severally liable and appoint an authorised representative.
