Heat pump

Summary

The procurement covers the equipment and installation works needed to renew the heat supply for four public buildings at the Liebenau campus in Neckartailfingen: schools, a kindergarten and a sports hall. The existing oil heating system is to be replaced by two air-to-water heat pumps rated at 230 kW and 170 kW. The works also include, among other items, a heating buffer tank, a pressurisation unit, distribution manifolds, pumps, fittings and approximately 164 metres of insulated pipework. Design services are not included; the contracting authority will arrange the building-network extension, foundations and screening. Works are scheduled for 19 April to 10 September 2027, and the system must be operational before the 2027/2028 heating season. Bids must be submitted electronically in German by 2 November 2026 at 10:30. Variant bids and multiple primary bids are not permitted. The bidder must submit the completed and signed declarations and evidence required by the tender documents.
