Renovation of the Windberg School gymnasium

Summary

The procurement covers lot 5 of the renovation of the gymnasium at Windberg Primary School in Zwickau: installation of an external thermal insulation composite system. The work includes protecting windows and doors, preparing the substrates, and installing approximately 410 m² of mineral wool insulation, 115 m² of XPS insulation and 20 m² of EPS insulation. It also includes approximately 510 m² of reinforcing and finishing plaster, followed by a light-coloured silicate dispersion paint finish on the insulated exterior surfaces. The planned works period is 23 November 2026 to 14 May 2027; weather-dependent insulation and plastering work is scheduled for 22 March to 14 May 2027. Tenders must be submitted electronically in German by 10:00 on 29 October 2026. Price is the sole award criterion. The bidder must provide qualification and insurance evidence.
