Summary

The tender concerns the second construction phase of cooling-system works at Building 38 of the University Hospital in Dresden. The contractor must install and commission the final cooling extraction group, including a 275 kW plate heat exchanger, a compact distributor with six outlets, two chilled-water pumps, approximately 90 m of DN15–DN150 steel pipework with cooling insulation, about 40 fittings and valves, and approximately 350 kg of steel structures. No design services are required. The works are scheduled for 11 January to 29 May 2027. Bids must be submitted electronically in German by 10:00 on 3 November 2026. The procurement is not divided into lots; variant bids and multiple main bids are not permitted. The bidder must demonstrate suitability through an entry that can be checked directly in the public construction-company prequalification register or by submitting self-declaration Form 124 included in the tender documents.
