High-speed camera system

Summary

The procurement is for the supply of a high-speed camera system, including software, accessories, commissioning and instruction at the test facility. The camera must meet the stated minimum requirements for frame rate, resolution, sensor, recording time, lens mounts and connectivity. Software, documentation and a protective transport case must be included. The equipment must be new. The offer must cover the camera, delivery to the place of use, on-site positioning and commissioning, and all other priced services. The total gross offer price, including delivery, positioning, commissioning, warranty and customs duties, must not exceed €145,000. Evaluation considers technical and service features as well as price; the offer with the highest total score wins. The lowest-priced admissible offer receives 38 points for price. Offers up to 20% more expensive are scored by linear interpolation, while offers more than 20% above the lowest price receive zero price points. Alternative offers are not permitted. Offers must be submitted electronically by 30 October 2026 at 09:00 and remain binding until 27 November 2026.
