Summary
The procurement covers the supply of one vector network analyser and a compatible automatic two-port calibration unit for the Max Born Institute in Berlin. The equipment will be used to electrically characterise microstructured high-frequency components in a magnonics research project and must measure up to 20 GHz. Requirements include 3.5 mm connectors, electronically switched output power down to -40 dBm, specified dynamic range and noise performance, remote control and calibration capabilities. The submission deadline is 15 October 2026 at 09:00, and the offer must remain valid until 3 December 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically. Price is the sole award criterion (100%); the lowest-priced compliant offer will be selected. The bidder must confirm compliance with every technical minimum requirement and accept that its own general terms, including delivery and payment terms, will not apply. The required exclusion-ground and company-information declaration and declaration concerning measures to promote women must be submitted. Where applicable, the relevant forms for joint bids, subcontracting or reliance on another entity’s capacities are also required.
