Summary

The tender seeks consultancy and organisational-development services in Lebanon to strengthen the management and service-delivery capacity of employment-promotion organisations and make their work more sustainable and inclusive of people with disabilities. The contractor will select and assess eight organisations, map their operations, develop a performance model linking skills development to sustainable employment, assess capacity needs, deliver three three-day training programmes, produce five operational tools or procedures, and provide mentoring and final reporting.
