Independent operation of the canteen at Carl-Ruß School

Solingen seeks a contractor to operate the canteen at Carl-Ruß School independently from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with an option to extend the contract for a further two years. The school has approximately 185 pupils and currently serves about 130 lunches per day. The canteen must operate four school days per week; no meals are offered on Mondays. The contractor must provide staff and sickness cover, serve meals in accordance with the required quality and hygiene standards, and include a detailed operating and hygiene plan with the bid.
