Summary

The procurement covers the production and delivery of printed materials for a consumer energy-advice project in two lots: 90,000 six-page flyers and 8,000 pads of self-adhesive notes. Bidders must offer the complete service for both lots; partial and alternative offers are not allowed. The flyers must be printed on 200 g/m² recycled or equivalent paper, folded to 100 × 210 mm, bundled in groups of 50 and packed in labelled cartons of 300. The note pads must be 100 × 72 mm, contain 50 residue-free-removable sheets, and have 90 g/m² sheets with a reinforced backing of at least 250 g/m². For both products, a proof on the original paper must be provided before production approval, and the specified printing, packing and labelling requirements must be met. Delivery must be made to the Olsberg-Bigge warehouse on standard Euro pallets no later than eight weeks after final production approval and, in any event, by 12 November 2026. The offer must include the required completed forms and confirm compliance with the technical requirements; price is the sole award criterion (100%).
