All-terrain vehicle (ATV, 6x6) and firefighting module

Summary

The procurement is divided into two separate lots: a six-wheeled all-terrain vehicle (ATV 6x6), including vehicle-mounted equipment, and a compatible firefighting module mounted on the load bed, including installation and associated equipment. The module is intended for water delivery during initial response and for tackling small fires in difficult terrain. Bids may be submitted for either lot or both; awards will be made separately by lot. Variant bids are not permitted. Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-procurement platform by 2 November 2026 at 14:00. Delivery and performance are scheduled from 1 January to 31 July 2027, and payment is due after complete delivery. Tenderers must provide a declaration confirming their professional capacity and authorisation, at least two comparable supply references from the last five years for each lot bid, details of a qualified service contact, confirmation of warranty, maintenance and spare-parts support, and technical data sheets. If the offered product differs from the referenced product or system, a comparison of technical characteristics and proof of equivalence must be provided.
