Supply of a neutral van for the Saxony Police

Summary

The tender is for the supply of one neutrally finished, enclosed high-roof four-wheel-drive van for the Saxony Police. The vehicle must be new or a used vehicle with a 2026 first registration and day registration, with no more than 100 km on the odometer. It must have a top speed of at least 90 km/h, a permitted gross vehicle weight of at least 5,500 kg, a standard payload of at least 2,500 kg, and a wheelbase greater than 4,200 mm but less than 4,400 mm. It must have a diesel engine rated at least 140 kW, an automatic transmission, permanent four-wheel drive and meet the EURO VI emissions standard. The offer must also include the required safety, driver-assistance and comfort equipment, including ESP, ABS and active emergency braking, driver and passenger airbags, automatic climate control and a spare wheel. Optional features assigned evaluation points in the specification include a fuel tank of at least 90 litres, a third brake light, tinted rear windows, an acoustic package, automatic windscreen wipers and a signal output for specialist vehicle converters. Price accounts for 70% of the evaluation and the evaluated technical criteria for 30%. The vehicle must be delivered by 27 November 2026 to Dresden or elsewhere in Saxony. The warranty must be at least two years, and the vehicle must be free of defects on acceptance and supplied with the documents needed for registration. The bid must include the completed and signed offer form and technical specification, the price schedule, E1–E7 self-declarations and the vehicle’s technical data sheet. The bidder must report turnover for the last three financial years and normally provide three comparable references; at least two must be positively confirmed if checked. The bid submission deadline is 15 October 2026 at midnight.
