POS system for the Paderborn District Administration canteen

Summary

The Paderborn District Administration is procuring a replacement cash-register and canteen management system for its KOSTbar canteen. The scope includes cloud-based software for cashless payments, meal pre-orders and billing, together with menu, inventory and recipe management, reporting, implementation, data migration, training, hosting, maintenance and support. Existing hardware is to be reused where suitable; replacement hardware and licences are included if needed. The initial contract period is 36 months, with a 12-month extension option.
