Catering service for the conference “Beekeeping Without Secrets – Tradition and Innovation”

Summary

The Opole Agricultural Advisory Centre is procuring one complete catering service for a one-day conference for 100 participants, to be held at its conference centre in Łosiów between 21 and 28 November 2026. The service includes delivery, buffet-style coffee refreshments, a two-course lunch, serving equipment and tableware, waiter service, 25 cocktail tables, and cleaning and waste removal. The coffee service runs from 8:00 to 13:30 and lunch is planned for 14:00–15:00; the procurement is not divided into lots.
