Supply of attachments for a municipal tractor

Summary

The tender is for seven new attachments for the municipality of Gleichen’s existing Claas AXOS 3.105 COMFORT tractor with front loader: a winter-service spreader, snowplough, rear-mounted flail mower with mulching head, general-purpose bucket, grab manure fork, pallet fork and rear container. The equipment must be fully compatible with the tractor and suitable for winter maintenance, sweeping, mowing, branch cutting, and loading or transport work. All seven items must be offered together; partial and alternative offers are not permitted. The bidder must meet the technical minimum requirements, be the manufacturer or an authorised dealer, and provide a warranty of at least 12 months. The contracted service workshop must be within 35 km of the municipal depot by the shortest route on public roads, excluding motorways. The bidder must provide on-site service or arrange transport of the equipment to the workshop, and ensure repairs and spare-part deliveries within 48 hours. The offer and required documents must be in German; the submission must include a completed offer letter, a priced item list and German-language technical documentation. Price is the award criterion.
