Landscape works for the Niederhermersdorfer Bachtal green corridor (Lot 1)

Summary

The tender covers landscaping works for the Niederhermersdorfer Bachtal green corridor in Chemnitz. The work includes setting up the site, demolition and vegetation clearance, constructing or restoring path sub-bases and surfaces, granite paving, and installing 10 benches and one tilting bollard. It also includes establishing and maintaining lawn areas: the seeding area is 2,750 m², with watering and mowing in three work cycles and two years of follow-up maintenance.
