Dismantling pool water treatment systems at Körse-Therme Kirschau (Lot 45)

Summary

The contract covers dismantling the pool water treatment systems at Körse-Therme in Kirschau. The approximate scope includes 1,755 m of pipework with 100 fittings, 6 filter vessels and a backwash wastewater treatment unit, 12 m³ of filter material, 10 control cabinets, 6 plate heat exchangers, 27 units of equipment and 880 steel supports. Materials must be separated by type and their proper disposal documented; the estimated quantities are approximately 10.4 tonnes of plastic and 3.7 tonnes of steel. No design services are required. The works are scheduled for 19 November–18 December 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically in German by 08:00 on 16 October 2026. The bidder must demonstrate suitability either through the construction-company prequalification register or by submitting completed Form 124 with its bid. Requirements include, among other things, references for comparable construction works from the last five calendar years and information on the workforce. The buyer may also request details of technical staff, equipment, quality assurance and intended subcontracting.
