Summary

The City of Brandenburg an der Havel is procuring a contract for the admission and care of found and impounded animals, including intake, temporary housing, transport and return or rehoming. The contractor must ensure a 120-minute lead time from request to arrival, 24/7 intake availability, and at least three open days per week. Requirements include a license to keep animals under TierSchG §11(1) Nr. 3, at least two competent responsible persons, possible use of subcontractors, and submission of a site plan and hygiene plan, along with suitable transport means and continuous availability.
