Summary

The tender concerns a frame contract for event management and technical support at the Deutsche Akademie der Naturforscher Leopoldina e. V. in Halle (Saale). The contractor shall provide professional technical support for events, operate existing conference, audio, video and lighting equipment, and supply additional equipment on demand; handle technical planning, setup, operation and post-event tasks; support hybrid and digital formats; provide streaming, recording and video production solutions; provide conference and interpretation technology; and advise the client.
