Digital Signage Monitors

Summary

The tender concerns the award of a framework agreement for the delivery, installation and maintenance of professional digital signage monitors with mounting systems at the UKSH Kiel and Lübeck locations. The displays serve patient wayfinding, information dissemination, call control in admissions and internal communication. The clinic currently operates about 200 similar devices, of which 130 are to be replaced; during the term of the contract there will be additional needs for initial installations, expansions and replacements of failing or outdated devices, including an initial replacement of 73 units after contract award. Content management system maintenance is not part of this framework agreement.
