The Spree-Neiße District is procuring building and structural engineering design services for the energy-efficient renovation of the gymnasium with a memorial plaque at Pestalozzi Gymnasium in Guben. Building design covers HOAI service phases 1–9, while structural design covers phases 1–6; the work is planned in stages. The overall gross budget available for the construction and planning measures is €2,184,780.09. Other design services not included in this scope will be procured separately.
