Ceramic floor coverings installed by vibro-compaction method

Summary

This call for tender concerns the installation of ceramic floor coverings using the vibro-compaction method as part of the new Rescue Station Gellinghausen construction. The works include substrate preparation and delivery/installation of XPS insulation with PE film as a separating layer on about 125 m2, the installation of two heavy-duty drainage channels (each 7 m), the installation and grouting of Feinsteinzeug tiles on a cement mortar bed on about 125 m2 with parking-area markings, plus edge strips and stainless steel corner pieces near the garage doors. The work must meet slip resistance of R11 and comply with DIN 13049. Detailed requirements are in the tender documents.
