The procurement concerns a Combined GC System for the analysis of lithium-ion battery electrolytes and cell gases. The bidder must provide: a completed exclusion grounds declaration (Form 521); at least four references from the last three years including installation of a combined GC system capable of analyzing both gas and liquid samples; evidence of liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 3 million EUR per year (and if needed, insurer confirmation that the sums can be increased); and, if applicable, information for any subcontractors or joint venture (Forms 531/532/533). The award will be based on the economically most advantageous tender with a 50% weight on price, complemented by technical and execution quality.
