Fire safety and surveillance services for operation of the La Noria cultural district

Summary

The tender concerns fire safety, security and protection services for the La Noria cultural district in Ollioules. The contract covers the underground La Noria car park with 746 spaces on four levels, the cultural space and the surrounding areas. During the initial opening phase, the contractor must provide one SSIAP 1 fire-safety officer continuously, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, for the 107 spaces on level R-1. After full opening, the service includes a permanent SSIAP 1 officer and a permanent security officer, with the possibility of calling in additional SSIAP 1 officers, an SSIAP 3 officer, additional security officers and event security staff. The contractor must also assist with safety commission preparations and familiarise itself with the site's technical equipment. The contract is planned to start on 1 October 2026, run for 12 months and be extendable up to three times. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 18 September 2026 at 12:00.
