Leasing of official vehicles – 1 small car, 3 compact-class cars

Summary

The tender concerns leasing four new official vehicles: one small car and three compact-class passenger cars for the period from 8 March 2027 to 7 March 2031. The vehicles must be approved and registered as passenger cars, have petrol engines (hybrids are permitted), automatic transmission and white paint; the minimum power is 60 kW for the small car and 80 kW for the compact-class cars. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12 October 2026 at 10:00. The bid must include the bid form, vehicle data sheets, proof of compliance with the minimum requirements, documents required for initial registration, the operating manual and the suitability declaration. The contract is not divided into lots. Evaluation is based on 40% quality and 60% price.
