Design, distribution, printing and dispatch of the IHK magazine FORUM

Summary

The tender covers the redesign, layout, advertising sales, printing, digital publication and distribution of the FORUM member magazine for the Chambers of Industry and Commerce in Potsdam, Cottbus and East Brandenburg. The magazine is published four times a year; the regular circulation is 48,000 copies and the 2027 launch issue will have 85,000 copies. The launch issue must appear in April 2027, and the contract runs until 31 December 2028. The bidder must submit a concept design, an editorial system with at least six internal editor licences, details of a regional advertising-sales media adviser, a sales concept, an annual net-revenue target and a quality-assurance concept. The services also include PressMatrix digital editions, printing and mailing, as well as compliant processing of address data. Quality and the concept design account for 60% of the evaluation and price for 40%.
