Foyer media technology

Summary

The tender covers the procurement, delivery, installation, programming, commissioning and maintenance of a complete audio-visual media system for the foyer of the Saxon Ministry for Social Affairs, Health and Social Cohesion at Albertstraße 10 in Dresden. The system must support wireless and wired presentations, hybrid meetings, videoconferencing, speeches and separate or combined use of the different foyer areas. The supply includes, among other items, a 136-inch LED display, a mobile display system, three additional displays, PTZ cameras, ceiling microphones, Dante equipment, active loudspeakers, wireless microphones, control and network equipment, cabling, documentation, programming, installation, testing and commissioning. Maintenance is required for 60 months after acceptance; an on-site inspection must take place within 2 working days after a fault is reported and restoration within 10 working days. Firmware must be checked and, where necessary, updated every 6 months. A mandatory site inspection must be completed from 14 to 18 September 2026. Offers submitted without a prior inspection will not be considered. The offer must be submitted electronically in German by 29 September 2026 at 10:00 and remain binding until at least 30 October 2026. Delivery and installation must be completed by 8 January 2027 at the latest. The concept and total price each account for 50% of the evaluation. The concept must address deadline compliance, information security and consideration of the building conditions during delivery and commissioning, operation and decommissioning.
