Summary

Erste Abwicklungsanstalt (EAA) is procuring four-year subscriptions, from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030, for Microsoft 365 E5 with Teams (60) and E7 with Teams (40), plus Project/Planner Plan 3 (4), Office 365/SharePoint extra storage (5,000 units), Visio Plan 2 (4), Power Apps Premium (1), Power Automate (1), Teams Rooms Pro (3) and Teams Premium (15). The contract also covers providing and activating the required Microsoft regulatory agreements or equivalent Enterprise agreements, and continuing use and administration of the EAA’s existing Microsoft tenant. The model is intended to support additional orders and flexible reductions or transfers of licences as the EAA’s needs change.
