Framework agreement for municipal climate adaptation plans

Summary

Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald County is procuring, under a four-year framework agreement, the preparation of climate adaptation plans and related expert support for municipalities in the county. The procurement covers four municipal groups, or convoys, each comprising 3–7 municipalities, and up to 28 municipality-specific plans; work includes collecting baseline data, analysing climate impacts and vulnerability, developing measures, facilitating participation, and preparing decision-ready plans and maps. Additional call-off services may support implementation of existing plans, provide workshops and advice, identify funding opportunities, and prepare climate-related guidance and templates.
