ILIAS learning platform

Summary

Fraunhofer is procuring a two-year framework agreement for the conceptual, design and technical development, hosting and support of its ILIAS learning platform for continuing education. The scope includes 34 person-days of development, hosting for 24 months at either 3,380 users with 400 GB of storage or 6,760 users with 700 GB, hosting of the BigBlueButton web-conferencing system for up to approximately 200 simultaneous users, and 288 hours of support. The contract includes options for two additional 12-month periods and an optional AI-supported learning service, including its support, maintenance and further development.
