Summary
The tender concerns a framework agreement for security services at sites in Dresden, primarily Teplitzer Straße 10 and, when required, Rudolf-Bergander-Ring 43. The services include 24-hour guarding, access and perimeter control, patrols, de-escalation, intervention in dangerous situations, first aid, monitoring of alarm and security systems, and incident documentation at facilities for children and young people in crisis situations. Tenderers must use version 2 of the procurement documents; any tender submitted under an earlier version must be withdrawn and resubmitted where applicable. Key participation requirements include the guarding permit, registrations, insurance cover, at least three references, qualified multilingual staff and proof of the mandatory site inspection.
