Mobile Container Medium-Voltage Switchgear

Summary

The tender covers the delivery and installation of two mobile containers equipped with operational 10 kV medium-voltage switchgear. Each installation includes type-tested, air-insulated, single-busbar switchgear with internal-arc classification, 16 cable feeder panels, and the required connections, cable routes, secondary wiring, earthing, electrical installation and DC distribution. The work also includes modifying the containers, installing and testing the equipment, factory acceptance inspections, commissioning support and complete documentation. Prices must be based on delivery and installation in the fourth quarter of 2027. The bidder must demonstrate three comparable mobile-container switchgear projects completed in the last four years, turnover of at least €30 million in the switchgear business in the last year, and a workforce of at least 250 employees. The bidder and its subcontractors must hold valid, unrestricted SCC certification. A project manager must be appointed, German must be used for all project communications and documentation, and qualified installation staff must be available within no more than three working days to remedy defects and perform additional work until commissioning is complete. The tender must include the drawings and complete arc-fault test report specified in the technical checklist, together with all required technical data.
