Procurement of a Peptide Synthesizer

Summary

The contract is for the supply of a peptide synthesizer to Heidelberg University Hospital. The supplier must deliver the instrument to the installation site designated by the buyer, install it, and complete commissioning and handover; the delivery period must be stated in the bid. Availability of essential spare parts must be ensured for at least 10 years after acceptance, and the manufacturer's warranty must last 24 months from full commissioning and handover. The bidder must provide the required insurance evidence, show average annual net turnover of at least EUR 400,000 in the peptide synthesizer business over the last three completed financial years, provide at least two qualifying GMP references from the last five years, and demonstrate a DIN EN ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management system for the offered products. The bid must include the required evidence and forms, including the minimum-wage undertaking and sanctions declaration. All mandatory technical specification requirements must be met. The bid must be submitted electronically by 2 November 2026 at 12:00. Prices must be in euros and exclusive of VAT. Late bids and bids submitted by post will not be considered, and alternative bids are not permitted. Technical merit and price each account for 50% of the total evaluation score.
