Programme support for the Ortsmitte Nerchau funding programme

Summary

The tender concerns programme support for the Living Centres urban development funding programme in the Ortsmitte Nerchau funding area of the City of Grimma. The contractor will assist the city in preparing, implementing and completing urban development measures, provide project management and urban planning advice, manage financial support and non-investment programme activities, and prepare and administer public and private construction and clearance measures. Programme support also covers grant administration and final accounting, including work related to establishing and operating a discretionary fund. The bidder must submit three comparable references. Each reference must have a funding volume of at least EUR 5 million, and at least one must be worth at least EUR 13 million; the referenced services must not have been completed before 31 December 2021. The offer must include an approach description, staffing concept, quality management evidence, offer form and price schedule. Prices are quoted net of VAT: three service categories are paid at annual fixed rates, while individual-case services are paid per case. Prices remain fixed until 31 December 2029; from 2030 they may be adjusted annually in line with pay increases in the federal states’ public service.
