Framework agreement for preparing municipal climate adaptation concepts

Summary

The Landkreis Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald is procuring specialist support to prepare municipal climate adaptation concepts for groups of its member municipalities under a framework agreement. The procurement covers four groups, each comprising three to seven municipalities; each municipality will receive its own concept, generally within 12 months, with no more than two groups being worked on simultaneously. The maximum scope is 28 concepts, with additional on-demand support available for implementing existing concepts, including workshops, funding advice and integration of climate adaptation into municipal planning.
