Summary

The tender concerns the digital conduct of annual university elections online. The solution must support up to 19 elected bodies, up to 37 different ballot papers and approximately 5,500 eligible voters in total. The supplier must configure the elections and electoral register, conduct functional and content tests, ensure full anonymity and one vote per voter, count votes electronically, transmit the results and retain them in a data-protection-compliant archive. Mandatory requirements include compliance with statutory data protection and data security requirements, a BBSI Common Criteria certificate obtained at least once during the last 10 years, and ISO 27001 certification or an equivalent certification.
