Procurement of a mobile mapping system

Summary

The City of Hannover is procuring an integrated mobile mapping system for use throughout its area of responsibility. The supply includes a vehicle-mounted positioning, laser-scanning and camera system, data collection and processing software, peripherals, maintenance, commissioning and user instruction. The system will be used to collect and update geospatial reference data from a vehicle. Bidders must provide the required turnover and reference information, evidence of staff qualifications, and complete a test drive using the system. Mandatory technical requirements include at least six hours of measurement and data storage, a 72-megapixel panoramic camera, two laser scanner heads, and specified positioning and measurement accuracy. The offer must include permanently licensed software, 12 months of support and maintenance, and German-language documentation and user support. Price is the sole award criterion.
