Cemetery maintenance in Telgte

Summary

The contract covers maintenance of the cemeteries in Telgte and Westbevern, together with cemetery-related services described in the tender documents. The work includes, among other things, upkeep of graves, paths and paved areas, lawns and meadows, hedges, trees and other green areas, facilities and cemetery equipment. The areas to be maintained may change during the contract if parts of a cemetery are transferred to third-party operators or redesigned. The contract runs for four years. The bidder must demonstrate at least one comparable assignment completed within the last five years, hold the required liability insurance, and provide suitable machinery and qualified staff. The bid must be submitted electronically through North Rhine-Westphalia’s procurement platform by 11:00 on 29 October 2026.
