Saarbrücken urban development pilot project, Congress CultureCity 2.0 – Condition survey of buildings on Viktoriastrasse

Summary

The City of Saarbrücken is procuring a pre-construction condition survey for buildings along approximately 310 metres of Viktoriastrasse, as part of the Congress CultureCity 2.0 urban redevelopment project. The work includes a photographic survey and damage record of street-facing façades, colonnades and pillars, entrances and other specified adjoining façades, generally covering the first three full storeys. The contractor will digitally prepare and archive the findings, assess existing damage and construction-related risks, and provide two copies of the complete documentation on CD; additional engineering or technician services may be ordered by the hour when required.
