Cemetery maintenance and burial services at the municipal cemeteries of Lage

Summary

The City of Lage is procuring burial services and maintenance of all 13 municipal cemeteries under a framework agreement, with the work itemised by cemetery but not awarded as separate lots. The scope includes grave preparation and interments, support for funeral ceremonies, cemetery grounds and facility maintenance, winter services, grave-stone safety checks, and additional landscaping and construction work. The estimated annual volume is approximately 100 earth burials and 280 urn interments, plus reburials as required. Services are scheduled from 1 March 2027 to 31 December 2028, with two possible one-year extensions, ending no later than 31 December 2030.
