Demolition works

Summary

Artemed Klinikum München Süd is procuring demolition works as part of the conversion and refurbishment of inpatient wards on floors 1–3, in two construction phases. The works include removing floor and wall finishes, screeds, walls, suspended ceilings, doors, built-in furniture and other fixtures. The scope also includes sorting, transporting and properly handling demolition waste; some materials contain asbestos, PCBs, PAHs and old mineral wool.
