Design and author supervision for phases 2 and 3 of the Benešova Avenue regeneration in Hradec Králové

Summary

The City of Hradec Králové is procuring design services for the second and third phases of the Benešova Avenue regeneration, covering the north-western and north-eastern garages with green roofs, galleries and canopies, and galleries and canopies on the rear buildings. The services also include preparing demolition documentation for the garages, related engineering work and obtaining demolition permits. The planned intensive green roof over the new garages will cover approximately 7,500 m². The procurement is for one lot, with an estimated value of CZK 12.5 million.
