EU Security Sector Governance Facility

Summary

The European Commission is procuring expert services to support security sector governance and locally led security sector reform in partner countries. The single lot includes research, analysis and advice, training and capacity-building for national authorities and regional or international organisations, and information sessions for EU entities. The estimated contract value is EUR 3.5 million and the planned duration is 36 months. Services may be delivered in Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa, Europe outside the EU, the Near and Middle East, and Latin America.
