Reconstruction of the Křešice campus buildings and heating system – design, engineering and designer supervision

Summary

The Ústí nad Labem Region is procuring design services, engineering activities, designer supervision and assistance with selecting the construction contractor for the reconstruction of buildings at the Křešice campus of the Secondary School of Shipping and Technical Crafts in Děčín. The work covers two stages: the main school building and associated infrastructure, followed by the vocational training and sports building, including a change to the heating system for the entire campus. The procurement is a single lot and includes separate design documentation and itemised budgets for each stage, a combined budget, and BIM deliverables.
